Tramway Lofts

Tramway Lofts was a project aimed at turning open-air carwash structures into lofts that could be used as live/work spaces. Each wash bay is enclosed and expanded to create a comfortable sleeping area and open living space on the ground floor. The lofts also feature an owner’s suite and a shared rooftop balcony. With overhead doors at each end, the boundaries between indoors and outdoors blend together, allowing for a smooth transition into private patios.
