tramway lofts

Tramway Lofts explores the concept of converting existing open air carwash structures into live/ work lofts with an owner’s suite and shared rooftop balcony.  Each wash bay would be enclosed and expanded to create a loft for sleeping and open living space on the ground floor. Overhead doors at each end blur the indoor and outdoor areas offering spill out into private patios.
