Piñon Coffee hired SCOUT to design their first drive-thru location and, subsequently, their first Rio Rancho location. A local favorite with its own special vibe, both projects required the transformation of spaces previously occupied by national chains. Working in collaboration, SCOUT and Piñon Coffee successfully highlighted the brand and its offerings, creating a friendly and inviting environment for customers.
