Escondido is the first signature restaurant of Chef Fernando Ruiz, a three-time Food Network Champion. It will feature high end causal Mexican cuisine inspired by the Pacific Coast. The restaurant is part of the mixed use El Camino Crossing development by homewise®, located in a redeveloping area of central Santa Fe. The building includes a full service kitchen, bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and a rooftop deck. The design features simple but strong moves that provide a framework for collaboration with artists.
